Hail Your Highness is a sister-led duo from the Traverse City, Michigan area crafting immersive, space-soaked post-hardcore reverie. Since forming in 2016, they’ve carved out a fiercely independent path as a two-piece band, cultivating a sound they’ve coined “dream rock” — where massive distortion, ethereal textures, and emotionally charged dual vocals collide.

Entirely DIY, Hail Your Highness write, record, rehearse, and produce all of their music out of SHEFREAK Studio, the creative home they founded and operate themselves. The studio also houses their cassette label and serves as the nucleus of their expansive visual and sonic worldbuilding. Every release, performance, and visual element is crafted in-house, reinforcing their reputation as a self-sustaining creative force.

In 2019, following deeply personal experiences with stalking and harassment at shows, the duo launched Safe With Me — a zero-tolerance show initiative focused on protecting women and marginalized attendees at live events. Working closely with venues and staff who share inclusive values, Hail Your Highness actively foster safer, more respectful spaces where everyone is free to express themselves and fully experience live music.
